Equus accepts returns on all new and unopened merchandise purchased from iequus.com for a period of 30 days after the sale. Items should include original packaging and be uninstalled to be eligible for a full refund. Products including but not limited to those that have been opened, installed, damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for refund. A restocking fee may be assessed on items not meeting these criteria. Determinations will be at the discretion of Equus. Returns must be approved by Equus prior to sending them in.
Call our customer service team at 1-866-437-8871 to obtain an RGA on your return. You must include a printout of your invoice to receive credit. Equus will review and refund all eligible returns within 4 business days of receiving the product.
